Cool down with this delightful creamy lemony dessert on a hot summer's night!

  • 24 lady fingers
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup Gioia Luisa Limoncello or Gioia Luisa Limoncello Creme
  • 3 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons grated lemon rind
  1. Start beating the Whipping Cream for a few minutes
  2. Add ¼ cup of the Gioia Luisa Liqueur
  3. Slowly Add the powdered Sugar
  4. Beat the mixutrue until peaks form
  5. Lightly baste each lady finger with Gioia Luisa Liqueur
  7. In the bottom of a single serving dish, add a couple tablespoons of whipped cream mixture.
  8. Place 2 slightly soaked lady fingers
  9. Add more whipped cream
  10. Repeat above procedure 2 more times
  11. Sprinkle grated lemon peels on top
  12. Chill for 1 hour
