Maggoo Sabsi (Shrimp with Vegetables)
- Fry cleaned shrimp in olive oil with garlic powder, salt, and pepper to taste.Set Aside
- Sauté the remaining ingredients (except cooked rice) until cooked but still a bit firm. Combine with Cooked shrimp.
- While the above are being cooked, prepare
½ cup pomegranate seeds
1 tablespoon butter
¼ cup Gioia Luisa Pomecello
Warm the seeds, Pomecello and butter over medium heat until seeds plump. 1-2 minutes.
Serve the Shrimp and Vegetable mixture over the cooked rice and spoon the Pomecello seed sauce on top the rice.
